The cargo needs to be well packed by the Customer, to bear the rough terrains of the route. You can check this service with the concerned parcel(s)/goods company also for their details.

All Explosives, fuels, gas containers, crackers, inflammable items & any other contraband articles as per the statutory provisions are banned to be carried as cargo.

Yes, There is such provision / facility provided, delivery of the load is at a single point.

Yes, you can. You must select the insurance option while posting the job request and the parcel(s)/goods companies who can arrange for Insurance will reply back. Please check the comments  the  parcel(s)/ goods company puts in for any Insurance information.

The parcel(s) / goods company along with the quote will also provide you a delivery date. You may track your consignment from the website of their parcel(s) / goods company or eCargo site.

No need to pay anything for eCargo. You pay the parcel(s) / goods for the service provided as per the quote provide by them & that's.

Once you make the payment online or the freight forwarder will call you within 24 Hours once you book online.

Transit time is the time between the estimated time of Departure from Origin and the estimated time of arrival at the destination. These estimated transit times are provided to eCargo by the carriers and are for estimation purpose only. Transit times provided in the booking confirmation by Partner Carrier's cannot be guaranteed although most shipments will depart and arrive as scheduled.

A tariff or duty is a tax levied by governments typically calculated as a percentage of the declared value of the commodity.

Since we ship by air and use major shipping companies, our transit times is usually between 3 to 5 business days. There could be delays due to Airlines, Customs Clearance and Public holidays in the destination country which are out of our control. Our main objective is to deliver your parcels as soon as possible.

Each package leaving India needs to pass through the Customs at the destination country. This is where they are checked by the government officials to make sure that the packages do not contain illegal substances and also assessed duties and taxes according to the value of the contents of the packages.

We clear all the packages through customs. When filling out the package contents on our website, please make sure that you declare all the package contents and their values. Wrong or false information may result in delays and penalties.

During Customs Clearance, our shipping partners pays for the duties and taxes on behalf of the person receiving the package. When they deliver the package, they will collect these fees from the receiver. If the value of the package is high and requires a substantial amount of duties and taxes, our partners may contact the receiver to secure the payment of the duties and taxes. Please make sure that, when sending a package, the receiver is aware of the payment of the duties and taxes and they are willing to pay it. If they need to know how much the duties will be, they can contact their Customs Offices in their country and find out. In a situation where the receiver refuses to pay the duties and the taxes, you will be responsible to pay them.
